Amazing Customer Service from Elaine at Sofas & Sectionals!
I researched several online furniture stores before making my decision to purchase from Sofas and Sectionals. I found they offered Name Brand furniture at fair and reasonable prices, thus, we ordered a Lane/Broyhill, 100% Top Grain Leather, living room set. The furniture and leather was beautiful, exactly what we ordered, unfortunately the local delivery company accidentally dropped the sofa off the truck when unloading, unsure if the sofa had been damaged, we decided to call Customer Service. We spoke with Elaine, she was very concerned and within a couple of days offered to reorder the entire living room set, Elaine explained, all three pieces would need to be reordered, made from the same batch/hide of leather to ensure the grain pattern and color would be consistent on the Sofa, Love Seat, and recliner. Elaine explained that we could use the furniture that was just delivered until the new set arrived. We are extremely pleased with how Elaine, and Sofas and Sectionals handled our purchase starting from the day we placed the order. Outstanding Follow-Up Support
With Sofas & Sectionals the initial order and delivery process went very smoothly, with a deliver that was very close to their represented time. Unfortunately, within the first month of enjoying our new Lane leather sofa recliner some damage to the leather covering occurred, and we were sick over it. We had purchased the 5-year extended warranty coverage and, at first, it was not clear how this was going to get covered for repair. Sofas & Sectionals stepped in (specifically Elaine Appel in Customer Service) and intervened to ensure the repairs were addressed in a thorough and timely manner. The support and service support we received was nothing short of outstanding. We are very pleased with the repaired furniture, and have nothing but praise for Elaine and the way Sofas & Sectionals stood behind a product sold through them. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!
Occasionally shipments arrive damaged, rest assured that we will do everything we can to make things right. If you see damage to the exterior packing materials make sure to indicate this on the delivery receipt. Once you remove the packing materials and notice damage call our customer service team within 48 hours.
If an item is damaged or has a defect, we reserve the right to repair the item to new condition. If the item can not be successfully repaired, we may offer a replacement. If you decide not to accept a repair or replacement the item can be returned under our normal return policy.
We highly recommend using our White Glove Delivery Service. Our delivery team carefully removes all the exterior packing materials, assembles and furniture and inspects the product for any damage. If you see any damage make sure in indicate this on the delivery receipt and call our customer service team within 48 hours.
If by chance you accepted the furniture and notice anything missing or damaged parts contact us right away and we will ship you replacement parts free of charge. If you notice damage we must be informed with 48 hours in order to file a claim with the freight company.
If we are unable to fix the damage we will pick up the original shipment and send you a full replacement

You may return your item for a refund within 30 days of arrival, and it is returned in its original packaging. Simply contact us prior to making your return. Return credits will be issued within 24 hours once the item is received.
Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. These costs are generally 15% of the order total + any pickup fees. For an exact return shipping cost, please contact us at 877-702-0555 and we can provide that before you buy.
